Stephanie and Spencer tied the knot on August 12, 2023 at the Oyster Point Hotel in Red Bank.
The proposal was at Beacon Hill, Boston on one of the quintessential cobblestone roads.
Stephanie and Spencer’s micro wedding was a reflection of their distinct style and shared values. With picturesque Navesink River views serving as a backdrop, the venue provided an expansive and light-filled space.
The essence of their wedding was shaped by meaningful details, such as the Chinese tea ceremony and a color palette of pink, white and gold symbolizing luck in both Eastern and Western traditions.
As families united for the first time, the celebration embodied a fusion of cultures.
Stephanie’s dress choice was a thoughtful blend of elegance and sustainability, encompassing her desire for a gown that could transition seamlessly between a formal micro wedding and a traditional Chinese qipao. The cream silk gown adorned with pink stenciled flowers echoed a garden party charm while evading the conventional bridal look.
Their flower arrangements, a combination of pink and white snapdragons, orange/pink roses, and green hydrangeas sourced from Whole Foods, reflected their garden party aesthetic. Placed in mason jars adorned with ivory bows, these blossoms exuded the relaxed elegance they envisioned.
The couple’s attention to detail extended to their party favors, gold candles, and succulents that also contributed to the decor.
The couple traveled to Iceland.
