Fun Finds

We have the dream job over here at New Jersey Bride. All week we look at your beautiful wedding pictures and amazing bridal trends. So why not share them with you!

HERE ARE THIS WEEK’S FUN FRIDAY FINDS!

We all know the saying “something old, something new, something borrow and something blue” right? Well Blanc de Bleu is the perfect “something blue” for your wedding day. Its a California sparkling white wine that has hints of blueberry, and yes it’s actually blue! The wine comes in your standard 750ml bottles and a 12-pack of 187 ml bottles (perfect for wedding favors perhaps). You can buy these bottles online, but unfortunately they cannot be shipped to NJ, but maybe a tri-state friend will be so kind as to order them for you!

Cupcakes are here to stay in the bridal world. From arranging cupcakes in the shape of a wedding dress at bridal showers to serving cupcakes as the wedding “cake,” these delicious bite-sized treats are here to stay. Baked Bouquet in Verona, NJ has put a unique spin on the idea of bridal cupcakes by transforming them into edible bouquets. They provide centerpieces for your special day and even flower cupcake boxes! This is the perfect way to bring cupcakes into your wedding day!

Wearing matching robes while getting ready has become a wedding day staple. While there are many different fabrics to choose from, these robes are a great gift for your ladies since they can be used again after the wedding. We love the simple elegance of these robes with the lace details on the sleeves and bottom! These robes ship from Australia, so shipping gets close to $16, but the reviews seem to indicate that they’re totally worth it!

Are you still on the hunt for a perfect rehearsal dinner venue? Savini in Allendale might just be the place. With delicious food and wonderful service, this restaurant and lounge is perfect for your night before! They have multiple dining rooms, each complete with their own individual feeling, along with plenty of fireplaces for a warm and romantic dinner.

This fabulous guest book alternative comes from one of our Real Weddings. Kristy and Robert opted to have a wine barrel top for their guests to sign as opposed to a traditional guest book. They had a Tuscan Vineyard theme wedding, so this barrel top and their wine cork seating chart (that Kristy made herself!) tied in beautifully.
