The Fredon wedding venue owns and operates a new rental accommodation property in the same town where it’s located. Although anyone can book the six-bedroom Napa House, which sleeps up to 21 guests, many couples who book their wedding at Bear Brook create a wedding weekend experience by staying in this modern home.
Located on 6.5 acres, the property features six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Amenities include an in-ground pool, movie room, hot tub, sauna, fire pits, a spacious outdoor patio, multiple living rooms, two kitchens and more. The enviable sleek design might even give first-time home buyers some decor ideas!
It can also be rented out for large bachelorette or bachelor parties.
As for Bear Brook Valley, the Sussex County venue can accommodate 150-350 guests. Outdoor ceremonies are held along the water and indoor ceremonies take place in the ballroom featuring lovely floor-to-ceiling windows.
