Cherry Blossoms, Candlelight & a First Dance on a Cloud at the Sheraton Grand Ballroom in Eatontown
When Victoria and Robert chose the Grand Ballroom at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel in Eatontown for their November 7, 2025 wedding, they were looking for somewhere that felt like home—warm, welcoming, and made for the people they love most. Photographed and filmed by Premier Digital Weddings, the celebration they created inside was anything but ordinary. A classic black and white palette was softened throughout with towering cherry blossom trees and every surface glowed with the warmth of candlelight that flickered across tables and danced along the floors. The evening’s most unforgettable moment came during the first dance, when fog rolled across the floor and the couple found each other in the center of the room, surrounded by soft light and the quiet magic of a room full of people who love them, as if the rest of the world had simply fallen away.
Their Story
Victoria and Robert met on October 10, 2021, a day that didn’t know yet it would become sacred. To the rest of the world, it was ordinary. To Victoria and Rob, it became the moment everything finally made sense.
Victoria noticed him first—across a parking lot, smiling like he already knew her. And in that instant, something shifted. Not loudly. Not dramatically. Just a quiet, undeniable click in her soul, like a door opening she didn’t even realize had been closed. Rob walked toward her with that grin—warm and genuine. Before a word was spoken, she felt it: this is different.
Rob was everything she didn’t know she needed. Funny in a way that eased her worries. Kind in a way that felt safe. Empathetic in a way that made her feel seen. A little crazy in the best way—perfectly matching her own fire. Where she was strong, he was steady. Where she was guarded, he was open. He wasn’t just her opposite—he was her balance.
Love didn’t rush in all at once. It built itself quietly through laughter, late nights, shared dreams, and the comfort of knowing someone was always in your corner. It showed up in the small moments—coming home at the end of the day, inside jokes, stolen glances, and even the chaos.
With Rob, Victoria learned that love doesn’t ask you to shrink—it invites you to grow. He loved her for exactly who she was, and gently encouraged her to become the best version of herself. Not because she had to—but because she wanted to, for them.
And Rob? He found in Victoria a partner who matched his heart beat for beat. Someone passionate, loyal, and endlessly loving. Someone who would fight for their life together, laugh through the mess, and dream just as boldly as he did.
They didn’t just fall in love. They chose each other every day. Through stress and joy, through uncertainty and excitement, through all the milestones still waiting ahead.
October 10 will always be the day their story began. But the real magic is everything that came after and everything still to come.
The Proposal
Surrounded by endless ocean, salty air and the people who love them most, Rob asked Victoria to be his forever on a cruise that was already filled with laughter, memories and family. What began as a family vacation turned into the moment their lives changed forever.
Victoria had no idea what was coming. The ship hummed with excitement, hundreds of people gathered around, and both of their families stood close—unaware they were about to witness something unforgettable. Then Rob took her hand. The noise faded. The world narrowed. And in front of everyone who helped shape them, he chose her.
With the ocean stretching endlessly behind them and love filling every inch of the space around them, Rob dropped to one knee. Hundreds of strangers watched. Their families held their breath. And in that moment, nothing else existed but the two of them.
When Victoria said “yes,” the crowd erupted—cheers, applause, happy tears. Their families celebrated not just an engagement, but a love that had been written into their lives long before this day. It wasn’t just a proposal—it was a shared memory, a once-in-a-lifetime moment witnessed by generations and sealed by the sea.
Choosing the Venue
“We chose the Sheraton Grand Ballroom because it felt like us the moment we stepped onto the grounds. There was a calm, familiar feeling—like home—mixed with the excitement of something truly special. It wasn’t just beautiful; it felt right,” says Victoria.
“This venue reflects everything I love about our story: warmth, love, and the importance of family. It’s a place where the people who matter most can come together, laugh, cry, and celebrate the life Rob and I are building. After so many meaningful moments surrounded by our families, it felt important that our wedding day be rooted in that same togetherness.”
“I didn’t choose this venue just for how it looks, but for how it feels. I can picture our families gathered, our friends celebrating, and Rob and me starting the next chapter of our lives in a place that holds love so effortlessly.”

Details of the Day
“Our wedding day was designed to feel timeless, romantic and effortlessly modern,” says Victoria.
“We chose a classic black and white color palette, creating an elegant foundation that will never go out of style. Clean lines and modern details were softened with layers of romance, striking the perfect balance between sleek and sentimental.”
“The space came to life with cherry blossom trees, their delicate blooms adding softness, beauty, and a sense of enchantment to the room. They stood as a symbol of new beginnings, love, and the fleeting magic of the moment—exactly how the day felt.”
“Our tables were dressed with lush cherry blossom centerpieces, and every surface glowed as we flooded the room with candlelight. Candles lined the tables and danced across the floors, creating warmth, intimacy, and a soft glow that made the entire space feel dreamy and inviting.”
Favorite Moment
“Our first dance was our favorite part of the entire day because, in that moment, the world disappeared,” says Victoria.
“As the music began, we found each other in the middle of the room, surrounded by soft candlelight and literally dancing on the clouds. The fog floated around us, the glow of the candles flickered, and suddenly everything felt quiet and intimate—even in a room full of people.”
Wedding Day Attire
“I wore a gown from Essence of Australia and Rob wore a slim fit well tailored tux,” says Victoria. “The wedding party wore a Galina signature one shoulder satin dress in black.”
Honeymoon
“We had two honeymoons. One for relaxing and the other for adventure,” says Victoria. “Right after our wedding was over we ran off to the beautiful island of Antigua to relax beachside and unwind from the wedding chaos. Two weeks later we visited Hawaii and explored the breathtaking island. Where we visited plenty of beaches, botanical gardens and monumental parks.”
